You know, that's a frigging awesome idea.

I'd prefer weres tearing shit up though. Or the Devil releases his minions on us in 2012. Or technology turns evil and starts attacking us.

[email protected] worrying about this

Even if it does become serious (and I say become because no one's dying besides some mexicans and an american), who cares? Widespread death isn't as bad as people make it out to be.

A pandemic is worse than a world war, at least in numbers of dead bodies.
Plus, there are actuall means to surpress wide spread.

Even if this one is harmless, its better to care before things can get out of hand.

Dunno if the US media jumped all over the topic (as apear to have), but be honest, if it wasn't for this, they would have just continued ripping the somalie pirate stories and other stuff apart.

I guess the 1918 flu just killed people and stuff.

did they have as good a technique in 1918 as we have now?

Also, if you take care of your hygiene you won't get infested.

Still you guys are blowing this up way to much. There's several million things that are better today than back in 1918. Panicing is bad, and the media sellls loads on scaring people.

That's the essence, the worse the papers say it is, the more money they get.

After death, this virus is able to restart the heart of it’s victim for up to two hours after the initial demise of the person where the individual behaves in extremely violent ways from what is believe to be a combination of brain damage and a chemical released into blood during “resurrection.”
I just read that description and it really stands out to me. I’ve seen it described that after death the immune system gives up the fight and allows the body to be destroyed by all manner of things.

The exact way that’s worded describes a process of the virus itself bringing someone back to life. It describes a violent reaction by the “resurrected” person. To see a violent reaction after death possibly hints at a hypothesis where a psychological process is ongoing to kill oneself while vital signs stop (indetermindable whether a process executes the destruction of the body as well). Based on that wording, the virus itself interrupts the process, only to have the person kill himself for good.

Medical science defines things as killing you, not you killing yourself in reaction to things. It makes a huge difference when determining whether death is based on a psychological interpretation instead of a fixed event. I hope someone takes that description seriously and checks out what was both written and observed. Those are very important descriptions to not report accurately.

Edit: Guessing that article was a prank because of no documentation. Leaving original post for laughs.
